Our retail showrooms speak to this philosophy, as do the vendors we partner with and products we provide. We strive to accommodate almost any style or design aesthetic and always have a wide variety of products to choose from. Along with our retail offerings we also provide interior design services and free in home consultations, allowing us to help turn your vison into reality. Whether you are shopping with us for one perfect piece for your home, a comfortable recliner for game day, a whole home design or need help with a commercial project or furnishing a large space, we will always provide you with the absolute best service available from start to finish.
Since 1951
Forsey’s has been dedicated to quality, craftsmanship and exceptional customer service. Founded by brothers Jack and Harry Forsey, their vision for providing the finest home furnishings and interior design has carried on for over 74 years and is now in its 3rd generation of family ownership.
Starting with a simple model specializing in American made Colonial Maple home furnishings, Forsey’s grew quickly and by 1956 a second location opened, Forseys Pace Setter House, which specialized in Contemporary and Modern furnishings. In the late 1990’s Forsey’s became the exclusive Stickley Furniture dealer for the State of Utah and since then has operated two furniture showrooms that represent over 40 manufacturers, including one stand-alone showroom that is dedicated to Stickley Furniture and another showroom that accommodates multiple vendors and styles.
Today
Jack Forsey and his wife Michelle have taken on the family business, and together they’ve built upon Forsey’s strong foundation, honoring its founding vision while also innovating and evolving everything from product offerings and design services to operations and logistics to make our customers experience with us as close to perfect as possible.
They have also created a new company culture from the ground up to make the shopping experience truly unique and pressure-free by getting rid of all commission pay so our team can focus solely on our client’s needs. While our two showrooms are still located on Highland Drive in Salt Lake City, we now service the entire Continental United States and offer drop ship services to most locations. With new tools, great styles, and an amazing team, Forsey’s is better positioned to assist with your home furnishing needs, near or far, than ever before.

Let’s face it, sometimes we wish there was a little more to some experiences than what we’ve grown accustomed to. Furniture shopping in particular can be daunting, and many people see it as a stressful, high-pressure experience that is more of a necessity than a fun experience. Here at Forsey’s we’ve worked hard to shatter that stigma by making sure our company culture is based on a very real enthusiasm for design and customer satisfaction. Our team is made up of designers, artists, accountants, MBA’s, musicians, dog lovers, fashion designers, mom’s and dads. We have developed long-standing relationships with our clients and the local community and never miss an opportunity to hold an event or art show here to say thank you to our clients and the community in which we all live.
